Great documentary on freestyling and its history. Features an all star crew featuring Mos Def, Pharaohe Monch, JUICE, Supernatural, Craig G, and many more. First saw it onDemand from comcast and I had been looking for it for a while so I figured I would share the link. You only need to download the first part, it is the whole movie, I don’t know why whoever uploaded it did it this way…….enjoy.
