Project Mission of Oddiophile Hip-Hop

The reason that I am creating this blog is to localize, categorize, and review the hip-hop that is already spread across the internet. I want to nurture a culture that has been all but strangled by corporate America. Every year more and more one hit wonders are released, more forgettable singles from established artists, more of the same, less innovation. I want people to remember the golden age of hip-hop, and let newer heads discover what it means to be an MC. I want the classics posted, but I also want to spread rare and vinyl releases so that they don’t get lost forever. So, enough babbling and just enjoy the music.
